How did that affect your processing wrapping Supergirl? You already had the big emotional sendoff with Melissa Benoist, David Harewood, and Azie Tesfai at that point.

It was trippy, I'll be honest. It was a really tough season last year, just knowing it was the last and getting that word a little bit late and with COVID. Everything made the last season a little bit funky and I felt like it took away a lot of the experience we could've had, and then it being done -- it was really emotional. Azie and I kept joking that since David had officiated Chris [Wood] and Melissa's wedding, he officiated our wedding [in the Supergirl series finale] so are we married? [laughs][/b]

She's also open for another return and even would love a Alex & Kelly spin-off.

Kara and J'onn were mentioned in tonight's episode.It seems they and the other heroes agreed to the Injustice protocols(we learned the heroes took down Felix Faust together offscreen which led to them agreeing to these protocols).Basically a failsafe for if any of them becomes a threat to the world/universe,that heroes powers will be removed.That's why Barry called Jefferson to the Hall Of Justice.Barry wants Jefferson to remove his powers because of the threat he believe he poses.Black Lightning wants to call the other heroes in before in-acting the Injustice protocols but Barry thinks there is no time and convinces Black Lighting to take his powers away(Flash loses some of his powers but not all of them).

Alex appears at the end of the episode.Barry travels to the future to see how he went bad and finds Thawne engaged to Iris and Alex plus Batwoman and Ryan Choi among others are attending the engagement party.

As Supergirl.tv Admin mentioned,tonight's Flash did have two appearances by Alex.One at the beginning of the episode and one at the end where she is helping Team Flash from the DEO trying to get more info about Despero.At the end of the episode,she tells team Flash that this is earth's first contact with Despero's species.Alex also reveals that Kara and J'onn are currently off-world so they can't lend a hand with this potential alien threat.

Reminder,that the new season of The Flash is set six months after the season 7 finale.So we can probably figure it's also six months after the series finale of Supergirl.

From what I am hearing thus far, no, it will not be suggested that Barry and Iris’ kids (who have been visiting from the year 2049) know Oliver and Felicity’s daughter (who as a young adult was seen in 2040). Scoop update!: Though Inside Line last week quoted Grant Gustin as saying that it will not be established why Supergirl and/or Superman aren’t recruited to help with “Armageddon,” Kara’s whereabout’s, at least, are in fact revealed in Part 2 (during a scene that Gustin himself was not in)
