I understand in the comics there were like 4 of them. But maybe that doesn't quite fit the show.
Reign was so good because she was the first main villain on the show that showed she alone was a genuine threat. Previously every villain was backed by the premise of an army (Non, Cadmus, Rhea) behind them.
Now Reign goes to fetch allies too. Will that reduce her importance individually?

So far that means 2 worldkillers, Reign and Purity, and I guess Ruby can be considered a potential world killer too?

I don't know 4 people are hardly an army.
Also
Four figures whose arrival fortells the end of the world. Sounds familiar.

Don't assume malice when stupidity is an adequate explanation. At least, not the first time.

Per the episode, 3 Worldkillers. The Power (Reign), The Pestilence, and The Purity (introduced a the end of the episode).
I'm curious if they all have different abilities.

Sounds like Power is another one and they’re saving him/her for last as the most dangerous one. Or maybe not.
Either way though, I have a feeling in the end Kara will convince Reign to go good, and she will die fighting the other ones.

I think having so many is almost a necessity. Given the fact that there are so many superheroes in play right now, without the additional World Killers it would be very difficult to believe that Reign couldn't be stopped on her own soon.
The problem with Astra, Non and their army was that they had all these additional forces that should have been a real threat but, were never utilized. They just conveniently weren't around and then went away at the end.
So, my hope is that they write the other World Killers as equally dangerous as Reign as been. If they do that, it should be a very sustainable plot for the rest of the season.

There are 5 Worldkillers in the comics, so I would like for them to use as many as they feel they can with CGI, etc.

A plot twist if Power is Ruby I imagine.
